🌍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
If you're located outside the US and interested in QuitRitual, please email support@quitritual.co — we're always exploring opportunities to expand our shipping locations.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, simply reach out to support@quitritual.co — we'll check on it for you right away.

🚀 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey directly through USPS.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days — don't worry. It's usually in transit between shipping hubs. If it's been more than 10 days with no movement, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
💬 Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we'll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a refund. Our promise is simple: you'll receive your QuitRitual order, no matter what.
📭 Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If you realize there's an error, email support@quitritual.co within 12 hours — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.
